About This Opportunity

Getinge Norge AS is seeking a highly skilled Service Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for delivering and closing after-sales agreements with our customers in Norway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Getinge's contract share of installed base in Norway by actively identifying new opportunities in the market.
  • Create service quotes and agreements based on customer needs in Norway.
  • Ensure new and existing agreements are profitable.
  • Regularly follow up with customers and invite other Getinge functions as needed.
  • Support product sales teams with installation and after-sales prices in equipment tenders.
  • Meet defined KPIs, including sales of agreements, equipment under contract, contract profitability, customer visits, and more.
  • Ensure all documents and tasks are performed to a high quality standard and in accordance with Getinge's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain a good and long-term dialogue with customers and represent Getinge in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers at various hierarchy levels.
  • Technical understanding, preferably within medical devices and service departments.
  • Experience in after-sales and service business.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
