Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our inside sales team in Norway. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building up our restaurant and retail portfolio in new and existing cities by managing a pipeline of small to medium partners from A to Z.
Key Responsibilities- Research and prospect new potential restaurant and retail partners, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market visits, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal product selection for each partner on Wolt's platform
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to accelerate Wolt's Retail and restaurant offering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong commercial thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
