Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage, nurture, and grow your pipeline by running your own prospecting initiatives
  2. Maintain a minimum level of business development activities to move your leads down the Sales funnel
  3. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the Dutch market
  4. Manage, track, and report your daily activities and results using industry-standard tools
  5. Partner with Account Executives to work the territory and succeed together
  6. Stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services
  7. Participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop your skills in a revenue-driving role

Requirements

  1. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and curious mindset
  2. Have a passion for Sales and building relationships
  3. Familiar with business development and sales strategies
  4. Ambitious to meet and exceed targets
  5. Willing to learn something new every day and be coached by our Sales experts
  6. Fluent in Dutch and English (third language is a big plus)
  7. You probably hate to lose
  8. A natural-born team player, of course
