- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of employees across various countries and cultures.
- Collaborate with International Teams: Work closely with global teams to understand their local training needs, identify future competency requirements, and implement coaching and development programs.
- Manage Succession Planning: Cultivate future leaders within the organization by developing and implementing succession planning strategies.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage the L&D Budget: Ensure cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality training initiatives.
- Align L&D Initiatives with Business Objectives: Collaborate with senior leadership to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Learning and Development.
- Cultural Competence: Experience working in a global organization and working across different cultures and countries.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence key business drivers and strategies.
