Key Responsibilities
  • Establish the Learning and Development Function: Create policies, processes, and frameworks to support the organization's growth and development.
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of employees across various countries and cultures.
  • Collaborate with International Teams: Work closely with global teams to understand their local training needs, identify future competency requirements, and implement coaching and development programs.
  • Manage Succession Planning: Cultivate future leaders within the organization by developing and implementing succession planning strategies.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Manage the L&D Budget: Ensure cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality training initiatives.
  • Align L&D Initiatives with Business Objectives: Collaborate with senior leadership to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Learning and Development.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience working in a global organization and working across different cultures and countries.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence key business drivers and strategies.
