Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results to inform business decisions
• Conduct business analysis to support strategic planning
• Manage results and goals to drive business performance
Coordinate forecasts, budget work, and strategy processes to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of models, processes, and routines in Elkem
Qualifications:
• Five years of higher education in business administration, finance, or industrial economics
• Excellent professional results and a maximum of two years' work experience
• Geographical mobility
• A desire to develop professionally and personally
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
