Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager–Land, Licence and Permits to join our team. As a key member of our business enablers, you will play a crucial role in providing seamless and value-adding work to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the entire acquisition process, from land sourcing to deal closure.
  • Identify business development opportunities for joint development/outright land purchase.
  • Understand the business potential of the land and its suitability for solar/wind power projects.
  • Sourcing of land opportunities for joint development and liaising with property consultants/agents.
  • Supervise land consultants/aggregators and report weekly progress.
  • Negotiation with landowners and survey of land.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and clearances from government and regulatory authorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments and senior officers.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in BSc/BTech/LLB or MBA with 12-15 years' experience in land acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with landowners.
  • Knowledge of real estate concepts and geographical knowledge of the work area.
