About The Job

This role involves serving as a key liaison between our Competence Specialist, assessors/auditors, external training providers, and local market units. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient delivery and administration of training programs supporting the competence development of our medical device business professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a current catalogue of available courses within the medical devices business.
  • Ensuring timely completion of course updates and changes.
  • Facilitating access to all training courses and materials.
  • Maintaining and updating the Training Matrix in conjunction with the Competence Matrix.
  • Following up on candidates with overdue training impacting competence compliance.
  • Issuing training certificates in a timely manner.

About You

You should have experience in coordinating and managing training courses, including virtual sessions. It's beneficial to have worked in a training-related role ensuring effective administration and reporting. Knowledge of medical device regulations is desirable but not necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a training coordination role with course administration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft systems, and training applications.
  • Post-secondary education (degree level or equivalent).
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
