Signalisation Project Lead

Alstom, a leading transport network solutions provider, seeks a highly skilled Signalisation Project Lead to join our team in Oslo.
We're on a mission to create greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable transportation.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for managing the industrial scope of signalling projects, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing, Installation, and Cost (DFMIC) during the design phase.
Key responsibilities include reviewing industrial requirements during the tender phase, participating in technical design reviews, and ensuring consideration is given to part/component obsolescence, sustainability, standardization, and manufacturing process efficiency.
You'll also manage industrial quality, cost, and delivery, building return of experience from manufacturing and installation, and defining the generic product industrial breakdown structure (MBOM).
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in process engineering, electronics, or electromechanics
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacture production or a similar role
- Advanced/Business fluent level of English; Norwegian language skills beneficial
- Experience working with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, international, and external Suppliers
- Desired competencies: autonomous, teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results, and flexibility
