Job Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and at least 8+ years of experience in planning, impact analysis, scope definition, change management and product building. They should also have fluency in Norwegian language and experience in managing and leading multi-location team.

Key Skills
The key skills required for this role include:
  • Certified Scrum Master with working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Around 8+ years total experience with at least 4 years in Scrum.
  • Experience in planning, impact analysis, scope definition, change management and product building.
  • Development background with deep understanding of Java and React.
  • Fluency in Norwegian language is a must have.
  • Experiencing in managing and leading multi-location team.
  • Experience of Scrum tools like Azure Boards, Trello or Jira.

Person Profile
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and technology. They should be able to think strategically and lead teams effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
