Job Description

Suitable for ambitious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, this Senior QA position involves collaborating with the AI-team to deliver high-quality and stable products.

The primary goal is to ensure quality throughout the entire development process, making sure the product meets requirements and provides a great user experience. Key responsibilities include planning and executing tests, reporting issues, and working closely with developers.

  1. Conduct thorough testing to guarantee product quality and usability.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient issue tracking and resolution processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality deliveries.
  4. Estimate effort and complexity for new features in collaboration with the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of QA/testing experience with various methods and tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and AI-driven QA tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish (spoken and written).
