We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Management Office (PMO) team at Statkraft. Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Organize and facilitate recurrent meetings to review, analyze, and recommend approval of new IT demands, addressing resource constraints and re-prioritization of demands.
- Support Demand Managers with tool and process used for capturing, sorting, and prioritizing demands.
- Analyze and identify process gaps, involving necessary stakeholders to find solutions and implement them.
- Analyze portfolio data and create management reports with relevant indicators, trends, and recommendations.
- Capacity Management: Use data to analyze overall capacity, need, and allocation for the IT portfolio of projects and improvements, identifying resource constraints and bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Analyze portfolio data to identify projects that should undergo reviews and conduct them, ensuring necessary project management process and routines are followed.
- Knowledge Management: Conduct training and onboarding sessions focused on Project Management, facilitating knowledge sharing between projects and maintaining and improving training materials.
- Project Management Models and Tools: Support project managers and project teams with questions, identifying improvement opportunities and working to implement them.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management and/or Project Management Office routines.
- Experience with different Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset, with focus on concrete deliveries and change management.
- Higher education at university level or equivalent.
- Team player attitude, collaborating and contributing to an inspiring work environment.
- Good communication skills, proactivity, and stakeholder supportive attitude.
- Fluency in English.
