About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) professional to join our team at Statkraft. As a PPMO professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT organization's project portfolio management and project management office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project portfolio management processes and tools to support the IT organization's project portfolio.
  • Provide project management support to project managers and teams, including training and coaching on project management methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze and identify process gaps, and work with stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project demands and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of project documentation and ensure compliance with project management processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions on project management best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience with project portfolio management and project management office functions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English.
