Job Title: Back Office Portfolio Manager

Statkraft is seeking a highly skilled Back Office Portfolio Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our Back Office Origination Nordic unit, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for Origination portfolios, including trade control, deal validation, and PnL reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operational tasks such as trade validation and settlement.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding operationalization of commercial contracts.
  • Close co-operation with Front Office, Middle Office, and other units in the Operational and Risk departments across Europe.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives, harmonization, and standardization of month-end processes and systems in Back Office.
  • Share knowledge and advise Back Office departments on operationalizing revenue accounting principles and developments.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of how to maintain and develop good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn about the energy business and related Back Office processes.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and thrive in a hectic environment.
  • Good team player with excellent cooperation and communication skills and the ability to build relations across the organization.
