Your Role

As part of our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Management Office (PMO) team within the IT organization, you will engage in vital tasks that support our governance and operational frameworks. Please note that this role does not involve direct project management responsibilities.

  • Organizing and facilitating regular Portfolio Management forums to evaluate and recommend new IT demands, addressing resource limitations and re-prioritizing as necessary.
  • Assisting Demand Managers with the tools and processes for capturing, sorting, and prioritizing demands.
  • Identifying and analyzing process gaps, engaging stakeholders to implement necessary improvements.
  • Analyzing portfolio data to generate management reports that highlight key indicators, trends, and recommendations.
  • Conducting Capacity Management analyses to assess overall resource allocation and identify bottlenecks, facilitating alignment meetings with stakeholders to address these challenges.
  • Performing quality assurance reviews on selected projects to ensure adherence to project management processes and standards.
  • Leading training and onboarding sessions focused on project management best practices, while enhancing training materials and resources.
  • Supporting project managers and teams with inquiries, while identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

By joining the PPM & PMO team, you will be instrumental in developing new departmental processes and tools that serve a large IT organization, with direct engagement with various stakeholders.

We seek professionals with a background in PPM and PMO who possess a proactive mindset and the skills necessary to enhance our business and renewable energy initiatives. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management and/or Project Management Office practices.
  • Familiarity with various Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering tangible results and managing change effectively.
