About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Management expert to join our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining our portfolio management processes, ensuring effective project delivery, and supporting our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our portfolio management framework, ensuring it's aligned with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and resource constraints.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and teams on portfolio management best practices and tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in IT portfolio management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and technologies, such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
