Palo Alto Networks is a leading cybersecurity company that empowers organizations to protect their digital transactions. We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as a Domain Consultant.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As a Domain Consultant, you will be the interface between business and technology, working closely with internal teams and external customers to design and implement secure digital solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive complex deals in the pre-sale stage, presenting to customers at all levels and supporting the technical field sales engineer on proof of concept evaluations. You will also work closely with product and engineering teams to debug and correct challenges encountered during POCs, create new demo scenarios, and develop training content for field sales engineers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need deep experience with security incident response, including IR tools and workflow processes or SOC operational processes. Strong technical hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR/SOAR is essential, as well as practical experience with threat hunting, malware, exploits, and simulation of cyber attacks. You should have experience installing, configuring, and integrating complex security environments and possess a deep understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. Additionally, you will need strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
