Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative - Contract Specialist to join our team in Bergen, Norway. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading elevator and escalator manufacturing company.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales of large and small repair contracts for elevators in their own portfolio. The role involves a significant amount of customer contact, as well as follow-up on sent bids and registration. In addition to sales of service contracts, changes to contracts, and follow-up on cancelled agreements will also be part of the job.
You will have an office in Bergen, where you will be working closely with other sales representatives. You will receive training and be able to maintain close contact with the entire Otis organization in Bergen and Norway.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of large and small repair contracts for elevators in your own portfolio
- Customer contact and follow-up on sent bids and registration
- Sales of service contracts, changes to contracts, and follow-up on cancelled agreements
- Work closely with other sales representatives and the entire Otis organization in Bergen and Norway
Requirements
- Structured, organized, and efficient approach
- Techincal competence or experience in the elevator industry is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to set up quickly in new systems
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
