Job Description

This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth in a defined geographical territory.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of business and sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Execution of activities according to plan, in liaison with marketing and medical teams, to support national engagements in the region.
  • Analyzing regional sales figures to prioritize resources and capture full sales growth potential.
  • Monitoring and reporting on regional sales costs.
  • Creation and implementation of compliant client-centric solutions to drive business benefit for stakeholders and LEO Pharma.
  • Execution of external activities to reach key targets and maximize regional business potential.
  • Identification of new upcoming key stakeholders and changes in regional decision pathways.
  • Engagement with decision makers and setup of customer projects that benefit customers/patients/LEO Pharma.
  • Responsibility for key business insights in the territory – to identify and share with the organization.
  • Identification of business opportunities and creation of activities to capture them.
  • Addressing regional access hurdles.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant academic degree in life science and/or business or similar qualifying work experience.
  • Registration as a medical representative or similar knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in small but fast-growing entrepreneurial commercial environments.
  • The ability to make things happen and implement plans effectively.
  • Marketing and commercial-oriented thinking and working.
  • Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in Dermatology.
  • Knowledge of regional budget processes and distribution structures.
  • High social competence and capacity for teamwork.
  • Motivation, solution orientation, and a positive attitude.
  • Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working.
  • Good English and computer skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM-systems.
  • Willingsness to travel.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Completion of LMI Course.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
