Regional Business Development Manager

As a Regional Business Development Manager at LEO Pharma, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales performance in your assigned territory. Your key objective will be to identify and execute business opportunities, maintain a high activity level, and cultivate productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable sales growth.
- Deliver business and sales targets within a defined geographical territory.
- Execute activities according to plan and collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support national engagements in the region.
- Analyze regional sales figures, prioritize resources, and capture full sales growth potential in the territory.
- Monitor and report regional sales costs.
- Create and implement compliant client-centric solutions that drive business benefits for stakeholders and LEO Pharma.
- Execute external activities to reach key targets and maximize regional business potential.
- Identify new key stakeholders, changes in regional decision pathways, and customer needs.
- Engage decision-makers, set up customer projects, and drive business outcomes.
- Share key business insights with the organization and identify business opportunities.
- Address regional access hurdles and be an internal expert on the region.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Academic degree in life science and/or business or similar qualifying and relevant work experience.
- Registered medical representative diploma or similar knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
- Implementation skills, marketing and commercial-oriented thinking, and excellent social competence.
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Good English and computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
- Completion of LMI Course.
