Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LEO Pharma. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales performance in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in life science and/or business or similar qualifying and relevant work experience.
  • Registered medical representative diploma or similar knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
