About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Sales Manager to join our Fleet Optimisation team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the merchant marine market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve YoY sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide consultative advice to customers on Fleet Optimisation solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with Wärtsilä Marine Power colleagues to strengthen the value proposition of Fleet Optimisation products.
  • Drive the launch of new Optimization services and life cycle management/performance agreement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relevant education and work experience in software/digital markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and awareness of cultural diversity.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Wärtsilä products and solutions.
  • Strong business and results-orientation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
