Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth in Europe by developing, maintaining, and growing our customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in accordance with our comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Acting as a trusted advisor to influence customer technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Conducting sales activities, including solution selling, establishing value propositions, responding to tenders, and performing hands-on demonstrations
- Identifying, evaluating, and recommending product and service enhancements that improve overall value to customers
- Managing, building formal business proposals and presentations, presenting to all levels of the organization, including executives, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes, and closing sales in a professional and effective manner
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Forecasting sales, tracking, and reporting on key metrics
- Becoming an industry thought leader and attending various industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to network and promote Ceragon's solutions
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the energy sector, specifically oil and gas for both offshore and onshore connectivity. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation and closing skills, sales skills aligned with understanding customer needs, relationship building, negotiating on value, results orientation, adding value to customers, and account planning are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, wireless mobility solutions, and access technology experience are also highly valued.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
