Job Title: Sales Director

Ceragon Networks, a global leader in wireless solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively hunting and finding new business in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in accordance with our comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Energy Sectors, specifically Oil & Gas for both offshore and onshore connectivity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
