Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow the Elanco pharmaceutical product business in Central Eastern Norway (Østlandet). You will be accountable for achieving agreed sales targets and market share objectives for defined products by planning and implementing territory activities.

The portfolio consists of established medications and new launches, requiring strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with veterinarians and customers.

Economic Package

Elanco offers an attractive economic package, estimated at approximately NOK 550,000 - NOK 650,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of yearly goals according to agreed plan for agreed time period
  • Execution of planned activities for the territory on type and numbers of calls per day, call notes, field days, targeted customer coverage, etc.
  • Face-to-face meetings and virtual calls with customers according to customer strategies and plans
  • Accountable for establishment and implementation of territory action plan
  • Secure implementation of product and customer strategies
  • Build-up, maintenance, and expansion of brand loyal customer target groups
  • Increase the number of patients and veterinarians using Elanco brands
  • Focus activities on practitioners and other accounts according to segmentation and plan for your country
  • Active part in planning and implementation of Elanco symposia and other relevant customer meetings

Requirements

  • Veterinarian or education in animal health, preferably with experience in clinical work
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian – written and verbal
  • Experienced with technical communication
  • Knowledge of workflow and different therapy areas in vet clinics
  • Basic IT knowledge
