About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Ambassador to join our team in Norway. This dynamic role will involve supporting potential new riders through our application process.

You'll be part of the Logistics department, working closely with the Hiring & Quality Team Lead and a dedicated team focused on optimizing the applicant and rider experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to applicants and new riders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Guide potential riders through the application steps, helping them overcome challenges.
  • Reach engagement targets of new riders through structured and efficient work in our engagement portal.
  • Assist newly engaged riders in getting started efficiently.
  • Document interactions in our systems and track data using tools like Sheets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets and Slides), experience with support systems (ticketing system or similar).
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
