Job Description
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining exceptional standards. You will work closely with our management team to develop new menu concepts and improve existing ones. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our kitchen's performance and achieving excellence in the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A certificate as a chef and relevant experience in hotel and restaurant kitchens
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage your team
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and hygiene
