Job Description

Statkraft is a leading renewable energy company with a strong presence in Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Offshore to join our team in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of offshore projects to ensure successful outcomes and allocate necessary resources.
  • Coordinate with development teams to provide expertise and technical capacity during early development stages and beyond.
  • Ensure proper competence and resource allocation to project teams.
  • Collaborate with central Offshore functions, Technical, Commercial, Procurement, and Legal teams to support projects.
  • Develop a fit-for-purpose organization to support high resource utilization and mobility across the project portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with company governance standards and develop a consistent understanding of roles and responsibilities aligned with Statkraft's project governance model.
Requirements
  • Higher relevant education in engineering and business, preferably at Master's level.
  • Experience in project management of large capital investment projects, preferably within renewables infrastructure.
  • Overseeing project development processes ensuring compliance to high technical and assurance standards.
  • Contractual and commercial problem-solving skills.
  • Solid operational experience and understanding of complex operational and organizational challenges.
  • Industry/technology-specific knowledge and experience is an advantage.
  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate constructively with JV partners and internal business and functional leaders.
  • Leadership abilities and ability to build trust and empowerment in a distributed organization.
  • High personal integrity and high ethical standards, with strong commitment to HSSE and safe business and operational practices.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to make good commercial decisions.
  • Strong drive and passion for getting projects completed safely, on-time, and within budgets.
