We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation and upgrade projects. Your primary focus will be on:
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Conducting risk assessments and devising mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and minimize potential risks.
- Providing clear and consistent communication on project status, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitating post-implementation reviews to incorporate lessons learned into future projects, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Traveling to client sites as needed to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Your deep understanding of ERP systems, coupled with your expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery, will be key to your success.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing ERP implementation projects.
- Fluency in English and either Swedish or Norwegian.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with popular ERP platforms such as IFS Applications, M3, or similar.
- Knowledge of IFS implementation methodology.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
