Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Controller to join our finance team in our business group, Subsea and Land Systems. As a Senior Project Controller, you will be responsible for the financial aspects of our projects, working closely with the project, tender, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a robust view of project completion at all times.
- Be the business partner of the Project Manager.
- Provide data to Project Financial Controllers, supporting financial reporting needs.
- Analyze deviations from forecasts and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities impacting project P&L.
- Challenge the project team to achieve accurate project development.
- Seek opportunities for commercial growth and variation orders.
- Structure projects under multi-unit environments.
- Follow up on financial items such as tax, duties, bonds, commissions, indexation, and hedging.
- Monitor production orders, marine and onshore installation activities, and other project activities.
- Strive for cash acceleration opportunities.
- Comfortable working in SAP.
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant financial field or Engineer background with relevant financial experience.
- 10 years of working experience in EPCI/turnkey project environments within EPC Contractors, including large-scale projects €500-1000+m.
- Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced user of Excel and SAP.
- Experience reviewing and understanding contracts and other legal documents.
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
- Good communication and co-operation skills.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
