Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, organization, monitoring, and control to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement digital solutions that meet the needs of our employees and people leaders
  • Manage external service providers and stakeholders to ensure project scope is met
  • Communicate project updates and information to key stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Contribute to the development of our internal project management capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading large and complex projects (min. 5 years)
  • Experience in implementing digital SaaS products and transformational projects
  • Superb stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Project management certificate (e.g. IPMA, PMP, Prince2)
  • Fluent in English
