Stokke AS is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Design Officer to lead our design team in shaping the future of children's products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving design excellence, fostering a collaborative environment, and advocating for user-centric design. As a key member of the innovation organization, you will play a crucial role in aligning design strategy with business goals and ensuring product consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly products
  • Collaborate with external partners to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Manage and maintain Stokke's Design Guidelines for brand consistency

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product design and development, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Master's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent
  • Strong background in internal team leadership and external collaborations
  • Expertise in design and CAD software (Adobe Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino)
