As an Experience Manager - Corporate Travel, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

About the role:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  2. Provide expert consultation to clients on all aspects of corporate travel, from policy development to execution.
  3. Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer, ensuring seamless and cost-effective solutions.
  4. Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can consistently provide valuable insights to improve their travel experience.

Requirements:

  • You have travel agent experience and a strong understanding of the corporate travel industry.
  • Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus and a solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
