
Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Ekspedisjonshallen. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as being willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
