We're seeking a Customer Experience Developer to join our team at Kindly.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Developer, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the user experience of our chatbot platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build complex and scalable integrations between our chatbot and customer systems.

You'll work closely with our product team to design and deliver integrations that meet the needs of our customers. With a focus on scalability and maintainability, you'll ensure that our integrations are efficient and effective.

Your expertise in Python, Node.js, and Typescript will be essential in building reusable integrations towards third-party systems. You'll also improve and automate developer cycles, tech stack, and integrations.

In this role, you'll communicate with large brands, release integrations to millions of users, and assist our sales teams by outlining and designing integrations.

We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with experience in communicating with customers and writing unit & integration testing.
