
Quality Manager for Customer Experience

As the Quality Manager in Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the standard of customer experience at nShift. You will work closely with our Customer Service team to identify areas for improvement, develop targeted initiatives, and measure their impact.
With your expertise in quality management, you will drive significant enhancements in our customer service capabilities, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction from their interactions with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a quality excellence framework within Customer Service.
- Establish and communicate clear standards for customer communication.
- Analyze quality trends in customer interactions and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Customer Service managers to identify training needs and improve team performance.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
