Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer product return process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of returns and claims.
  • Maintain and update Eaton's local Quality System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Cooperate with other Nordic countries on quality system-related tasks and projects, promoting consistency and excellence across the region.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and implementing improvements to enhance their experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Vocational degree in technical or electrical engineering domain.
  • Relevant work experience in return and quality management.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language knowledge.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
