Eaton provides a platform for individuals to grow and develop their skills while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team. As a Quality & Return Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success by managing the customer product return process and quality system.

About the Role:

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer product return process, quality system management, and ensuring that all impacted goods are processed, reported, and sent to the relevant Eaton sites for further investigation within the EU.

Some of your key responsibilities will include keeping Eaton's local Quality System up-to-date, supporting other colleagues in quality processes, answering quality questionnaires from customers, facilitating and leading audits from customers and DNV (ISO 9001), cooperating with other Nordic countries on quality system related tasks and projects, and maintaining all certificates in different systems/accounts up-to-date.

You will also control returns and claims process, handle physical delivery of goods from customers in the office, obtain approvals to send goods within the EU, and initiate process improvement activities to increase the quality of the service and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee customer product return process and quality system
  • Ensure quality system audits and related actions are conducted
  • Support quality processes and answer quality questionnaires
  • Facilitate and lead audits from customers and DNV
  • Collaborate with other Nordic countries on quality system tasks
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain quality certificates
Requirements:
  • Vocational degree in technical or electrical engineering domain
  • Relevant work experience in return and quality management
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language knowledge
  • Knowledge in MS Office and SAP experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
