Role Overview

You will be the key frontline expert in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with Grunt. This involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through solutions, and collaborating with multiple teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

About the Job

As our Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between users and internal teams. Your proactive approach and problem-solving mindset will help enhance user satisfaction while providing valuable insights to our product and commercial teams.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels and manage support tickets in HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Client Education team to improve user training and support materials.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Product and Tech teams when needed.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the product and support experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and confidently engage with senior stakeholders when needed.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or IT helpdesk roles, ideally in B2B software applications.
  • Skilled in technical troubleshooting and comfortable walking clients through solutions via screen-sharing.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or HubSpot).
  • Fluent in English; Norwegian and additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and not afraid to push for solutions when needed.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
