  • **Working Hours Tracking:** Retrieve and maintain a comprehensive register of working hours used on projects globally, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • **Project Planning Support:** Collaborate with estimators to assist in estimating working hours required for projects globally, providing valuable input based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
  • **Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):** Coordinate and keep updated the S&OP process, ensuring a balanced alignment of manpower supply and demand across each location to optimize resource utilization.
  • **Manpower Allocation:** Implement strategies to ensure effective allocation of workers to avoid under-recovery and inefficiencies across locations, working closely with project managers and department heads.
  • **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze working hours data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in working hour tracking, manpower allocation, and project planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
