At VP SECURITIES A/S, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance.

Job Description:

  • As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for defining and executing internal audit assignments in collaboration with the Group Internal Audit Team.
  • You will evaluate systems to ensure compliance with policies, plans, laws, and regulations that impact the organization.
  • Additionally, you will monitor governance processes and internal control effectiveness.
  • Support risk assessment and planning process of Internal Audit.
  • Evaluate operations and programs for consistency with established objectives and goals.
  • Ensure audit activities follow applicable standards and are documented using defined methodologies.
  • Contribute to Internal Audit's recommendation follow-up process and liaise with management on progress.
  • Participate in Internal Audit's reporting and communication activities to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the internal audit team and ad-hoc projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in internal audit, risk management, and/or internal control processes in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Euronext markets/financial industry is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills to discuss risk in a practical manner.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and open working approach.
  • Accountable, proactive, and high level of integrity.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in a multi-cultural business environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language is preferred but not required.
