Succeeding as a Prada Client Advisor involves delivering an extraordinary customer experience, placing the client at the forefront of every interaction. This entails fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador, and promoting the Prada philosophy and values.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Create a welcoming environment for clients, striving to meet their every need and request, providing excellent service according to the 'client journey ceremony.'
  2. Exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances, contributing to the store's success.
  3. Achieve KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  4. Develop an extensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and DNA.
  5. Capture client data into the Company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and identifying future opportunities.
  6. Embody the omni-channel mindset, utilizing digital tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the world of luxury fashion, staying informed on trends and competitors to advise clients effectively.
  8. Resolve client complaints, collaborating with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
  9. Promote respect for products and maintain accurate records using Company digital tools.
  10. Host customer appointments, leveraging technology for virtual meetings when required.
  11. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily operations and maintaining a well-organized stock room.
  12. Comply with Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
