We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Access Management team at Nordea. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maturing, developing, and integrating our Access Management landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop Access Management solutions, including Single Sign-On, Multi Factor Authentication, Identity Federation, Authorization, and Access Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and management to align with changing business needs, compliance requirements, security guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a technical expert and role model, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Work closely with the team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of processes, use cases, and documentation.
Requirements
- Senior level of experience with IT architecture.
- Senior/expert level of experience in Access Management.
- Strong technical competence and documentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical content to both business and technical audiences.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Desirable Skills
- Several years of proven experience working with access management solutions.
- Knowledge of SAML Identity Federation, LDAP, Oracle DB, Kerberos, and RADIUS.
- Knowledge of identity security best practices for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles.
- Previous experience working in a DevOps team in Agile/Scrum setup.
- Understanding of IT processes and system development life cycle.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, and scripting.
- Security certifications are a plus.
