Sustainability Professional

The Sustainability Advisor will play a vital part in advancing Telenor's corporate strategy by driving responsible business practices. As a key member of the Sustainability team, you will be responsible for implementing Sustainability policy requirements, managing and developing Telenor's child online safety tool and program, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement Sustainability policy requirements and frameworks aligned with Telenor's values and goals.
* Drive, manage, and further develop Telenor's child online safety tool and program.
* Conduct analysis and contribute to identifying key sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance indicators in collaboration with the ESG manager.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices across various business functions, including operations, procurement, supply chain, human resources, and finance.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' work experience within social sustainability area.
* Expertise in Human Rights/Digital inclusion/Child online safety.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Relevant education within sustainability or other relevant subjects.
