About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our team at SLB Capturi, a leading carbon capture technology company. As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in building and executing our green supply chain strategy, ensuring cost-effectiveness, health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) excellence, and quality within agreed delivery times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for packages, ensuring alignment with our green supply chain goals.
  • Collaborate with project teams from study to delivery, providing procurement expertise and guidance.
  • Work closely with suppliers to maximize the use of available industry products and solutions, promoting innovation and sustainability.
  • Act as a key contact for a group of suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Requirements
  • Proven negotiation skills and an analytic mindset, with a strong drive to improve the carbon footprint of our operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or engineering field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong HSSE mindset, with a passion for environmental projects and a commitment to sustainability.
  • Experience working in an international environment, with a proven ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business contexts.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
