Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement a Global Social Media Strategy

Design and execute a global social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and supports commercial success. This will involve identifying and evaluating new social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.

Content Creation and Ideation

Lead the ideation, planning, and production of quality content native to each social media platform, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media initiatives are perfectly aligned with our broader marketing objectives.

Social Media Analytics and Reporting

Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns and content. Produce monthly reports on social media activities, performance, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the E-commerce, PR, and wider Marketing team to ensure a cohesive consumer journey across all digital and offline channels. Serve as the primary voice of the brand on social media, fostering a strong, positive, and authentic presence.

Requirements
  1. Strong Understanding of Social Media Platforms

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with broader business objectives. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Content Creation and Analytical Skills

Familiarity with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and drive actionable insights.
