Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Marketing and Social Media Intern, you will assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, contribute to social media content creation and scheduling, and support the development of marketing materials.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Contribute to the creation and scheduling of social media content to engage with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, or webinars to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and produce reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Assist in managing the company's online presence, including website updates and content optimization.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and tracking.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (if applicable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior marketing experience or coursework is a plus.
