The Role

You will be part of the Supply Chain team in Oslo, working on both ongoing Operations of existing products and ensuring success for New Product Introduction as part of the Industrialization team. This position requires willingness to travel as our manufacturing network spans across many different geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supplier Quality Management: Oversee and ensure the quality of suppliers across our global supply chain. Monitor and report supplier quality Performance at the Plan level. Continuously improve reMarkable's Supplier base.
  2. Drive Supplier Qualification & Performance: Pilot the Supply Qualification Module, establish measurable performance metrics, and maintain a database to track and follow up on supplier performance. Collaborate with partners to manage and refine the incoming inspection policy, facilitating coordination between suppliers and optimizing workflows.
  3. Work with Quality Issue Resolution: Drive the containment, corrective, and preventive actions to solve technical part Quality issues at suppliers using relevant methodologies from the Quality toolbox.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience from high volume manufacturing industry (e.g., consumer electronics, automation, energy management, or similar)
  • Deep knowledge in Quality Management Tools (advanced problem solving, PPAP, continuous improvement, APQP, Lean, and statistical/data analytics)
  • Quality and other Management Systems understanding: industry standards such as ISO 9001 and other relevant frameworks
  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or in Quality Management & Manufacturing
