Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our team at Dovre Group, Inc. as a Planner SAS and Commissioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing project execution schedules for disciplines in all phases of projects, based on resource management, method & planning management philosophy and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and activities.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Planning and Commissioning: Oversee the planning and commissioning process, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, using combined skills of different disciplines to develop holistic solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in project planning and commissioning, with a strong understanding of resource management and planning management philosophy.
  • Software Skills: Beneficial experience with industry planning software, such as Safran Project and Primavera P6.
  • Language Skills: Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English; team player.
