Job Title: Senior Document Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document Controller to join our team at Omega 365 Consulting. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for registering and following up on engineering and supplier documents, as well as coordinating and monitoring technical information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and follow up on engineering and supplier documents in internal and external systems
  • Monitor, secure, and follow up on document deliverables from engineering, project management, and suppliers/third parties
  • Coordinate and monitor technical information in close cooperation with the engineering team
  • Ensure that technical information and work processes are followed in projects
  • Ensure quality of documents in regards to formatting, etc.
  • Ensure timely and coordinated execution of identified deliverables
  • Participate in building up the system and process for engineering and project execution
  • Assist the quality department in handling governing documents in systems

Requirements:

  • Experience with Document Management and LCI
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Fluent written and spoken Norwegian/English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Actively seeking improvements in ongoing systems and processes
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of business processes
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to use and learn new systems and tools
  • Previous experience using Proarc is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, Sharepoint, and Teams, is a benefit
  • Familiarity with IFS
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Solution- and goal-oriented
