Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track engineering and supplier documents, as well as technical information, in internal and external systems.
- Monitor and secure document deliverables from engineering, project management, and suppliers/third parties.
- Coordinate and monitor technical information in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with technical information and work process requirements in projects.
- Maintain document quality regarding formatting.
- Ensure timely and coordinated execution of identified deliverables.
- Participate in building up systems and processes for engineering and project execution.
- Assist the quality department in handling governing documents in systems.
Requirements
- Experience with Document Management and LCI.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Fluent written and spoken Norwegian/English.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Actively seeks improvements in ongoing systems and processes.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of business processes.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Previous experience with Proarc is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with IFS.
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive.
- Structured approach.
